Shipping Time & Rates Our Default shipping system is United States Postal Service. Up to 13oz. packages shipped First Class. Items over 13 ounces are sent via UPS Ground. Only in continental USA. Please allow 2-3 days (less weekends) to process your order and then additional time for shipping. You should receive your order within a week via USPS First Class Mail (up to 13 oz. packages) or Priority Mail if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses less weekends. Items heavier than 1lb do not qualify for free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. Our Return Policy IMPORTANT We accept other returns with RA only within seven (7) calendar days of receipt and only if returned in their original unopened packages. Opened merchandise cannot be returned. For any return you MUST obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #) via e-mail. No returns will be accepted without an RA number! Please send and e-mail to us to obtain an RA at vacuums24x7@gmail.com . All returned items are charged $5 or 20% of purchase price (whichever is greater) re-stocking fee. We also do not accept returns if you no longer need a part of a purchased merchandise. Absolutely no returns on vacuum cleaners, electrical parts, such as switches, pumps, motors, etc. We also do not accept returns on roller brushes and belts. (Sorry!) Please note that we spent our utmost and diligent efforts to make our descriptions clear, precise and understandable. We also carefully package and ship every item directly from our warehouse. However if the return is made because of an error we made it is 100% refundable including the shipping charges. Otherwise SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If a return made on merchandise, which was shipped, free of charge (REMEMBER! if the cost is over $ 100.00 we ship free) we charge a flat rate of $ 9.50 to recover shipping charge in addition to re-stocking fee.
Typographic Error We have made every effort to display captions and pricing of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographic error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
